Panadol Night Film-coated Tablets, paracetamol 500mg, diphenhydramine hydrochloride 25mg
Extra-strength tablets (500 mg/tab) – 1 to 2 tablets every four to six hours as needed, with maximum of 8 tablets in 24 hours

Adults (including the elderly) and children aged 16 years and over: Swallow 1–2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours as needed
